Practical details
What lengths of stay are available?
Most Aurora Noir residences are reserved for stays of three to 90 nights. Selected residences are available for long-term rental under a residential lease. Contact us with the length of stay, preferred location and number of guests to discuss the most suitable arrangement.
Can a company arrange a stay for an employee or guest?
Yes. Accommodation may be arranged for employees, executives, specialists and other business guests. The guest’s details, preferred residence and dates are all that is needed to begin.
What does a Tartu residence include?
Designed for up to two guests, each private one-bedroom residence offers a separate living room, a fully equipped kitchen and the everyday ease of in-residence laundry, high-speed internet and dedicated parking.
Are corporate rates and invoicing available?
Corporate arrangements may include preferential rates, a dedicated booking code valid for twelve months and monthly invoicing. Terms are tailored to each company’s anticipated travel.
Can dates be changed or a stay extended?
Changes and extensions are subject to availability and the terms confirmed at booking. Early notice offers the best opportunity to retain the same residence.
What cancellation flexibility is available?
Corporate partner bookings may be cancelled without charge until 48 hours before arrival. The terms applying to each stay are confirmed when the booking is arranged.
How is housekeeping arranged?
Housekeeping can be arranged weekly or at another frequency tailored to the length of stay and the guest’s preference. Each visit includes a change of bed linen and towels and careful cleaning throughout the residence, restoring its sense of calm and order. The schedule is agreed in advance to respect the guest’s privacy and daily routine.
What should a guest expect before arrival?
Online check-in is required before arrival. Once completed and all payments due have been received, the residence address and door codes are shared with the guest ahead of arrival. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00.
